Blythecon Europe In Brussels

... is over and we had a fantastic time !

Many thanks to the Blythecon team for organizing a perfect event,
my lovely neighbours, friends, each and every Blythe lovers who stopped by my stall.
I was so happy to see you again or meet you for the first time !

Of course the day passed by very fast, too fast and I did not
get the chance to spend time with as many people as I would have liked
but hopefully we will catch up next time !

Slime molds are quite a mysterious thing as they have the characteristics of both fungi and animals !







Stairway to Heaven ?







According to some legend, these are the hoofprints of Odin's horse Sleipnir.
Ancient Germanic tribes used to live here so a lot of places in the Forest bear names from the Norse mythology. 
Before them wre the Celts though, so this could very well be an ancient Druid place of sun worship ?

In any case, it is a magical place...

More Forest Folklore !

More "Amanita" Forest Folklore sets

will be listed on Sunday 26th at 9pm (Paris time), in my Etsy shop.

This is the second and last part of this series.

This collection includes lightweight corduroy playsuits and jumpsuits
as well as a wool cape and some Patchwork Purses,
all inspired by the magic of the Forest !

For the very first time, the larger size of Patchwork Purses will be available.
Here pictured with a hazelnut, almond and sunflower seeds for scale.
These tiny purses are lined and are fully functional.
They fasten with a snap and have an adjustable shoulder strap.
This is real patchwork, with each tiny squares being sewed together by hand.







The mini size fits Blythe and will be perfect for smaller dolls like Middie, Lati Yellow and Secretdolls.
The larger ones are great for Blythe and other Blythe size dolls, Pullip, Dal, Jerry Berry and other bjds...
You doll can securely carry anything she might need for a walk in the Forest !

Each jumpsuit / playsuit set includes a tiny cold porcelain mushroom pendant,

 entirely handmade by me.
As can be seen on the picture, they are the size of small sunflower seeds.
The playsuits also come with knee high glitter socks.







         







There are four different colours to choose from:
Fox (mustard / dark marigold)
Forest (moss green)
Foxglove (dark pink / ruby)
Fantastic Blue (somewhere between emerald green and blue) !







        

They all fasten with snaps and are adorned with small brass buttons at the back.

The double breasted wool cape features a brown faux fur collar
and tiny brass and wood flower buttons.

Forest Folklore

Amanita, a new Forest Folklore collection, 
will be available on Sunday 19th at 11pm Paris time, in my newly reopened Etsy shop !

(Please note that I have permanently closed my Artfire shop due to recurring shopping cart problems).

This collection includes corduroy jumpsuits & rompers
as well as a wool cape and some Patchwork Purses for Blythe & Blythe size dolls,
all inspired from the magic of the Forest !

The capri jumpsuit comes with a tiny cold porcelain mushroom pendant.
A long necklace made with brass chain and multicolored beads is included

 in the jumpsuit set.
These necklaces are entirely handmade by me.





The romper set, featuring a little bow with small hand felted wool pompoms include a pair of knee high tea rose pink glittery socks.
The double breasted wool capes has a brown faux fur collar and tiny brass and wood flower buttons.

Forest Folklore

A new Forest Folklore collection will be available
Sunday 10th at 11pm Paris time,  in my Artfire shop.

Lately the tiny purse family has welcomed a new member and now includes
(from left to right):
Ursa major, Ursa Minor, Fox, Skunk, and the latest addition, Raccoon !

Just like the previous edition, this collection includes corduroy jumpsuits for Blythe dolls
and they are now also available in two new colours: fox red and dawn pink.
The back fastens with snaps and features tiny wooden buttons.
The romper sets include a pair of knee high glittery socks,
while the jumpsuit sets come with a long  necklace entirely handmade
with brass chain and multicolored beads.
These sets will fit Blythe, Dal and JerryBerry dolls with Obitsu 21 bodies.
The little fleece capes are topstitched, have a faux fur collar and hand felted wool pompoms
(just like the rompers).

Middie Blythe, Secretdoll and Lati Yellow will also have their own little jumpsuits,
in dawn pink, fox red, weasel beige and brown bear !
Please note that I made the pattern with a Lati body from the 1st generation
and I do not know if the jumpsuits will fit the version 2 / renewal body.

Along with some fox, skunk, raccoon and bear purses, there will be some new patchwork bags...

... and new packagings !
