Ursa Major

Available in Night blue and teal,
the Ursa Major set is a 3 piece set.

The velvet dress has jersey sleeves with tiny glitter,
the jacket is made of soft "bear beige" flannelette
and the cotton braided belt features brass star beads.

The dress can be worn with or without the belt,
and the little bear purse can be attached to the belt
so your doll will never lose it !



     

The Gypsy Bear

New outfit in the Forest Fashion Collection !






This 4 piece set includes

a "bear brown" velvet spaghetti top (with velvet straps),
a night blue maxi ruffled skirt made of lightweight cotton,
(both fastening with snaps),
a fluffy "bear beige" jacket made of flannelette (soft faux fur)
and a copper lurex belt with brass star beads.

Will fit Blythe and Blythe size dolls.

Forest Folklore

A new Forest Folklore collection will be available
Sunday 10th at 11pm Paris time,  in my Artfire shop.

Lately the tiny purse family has welcomed a new member and now includes
(from left to right):
Ursa major, Ursa Minor, Fox, Skunk, and the latest addition, Raccoon !

Just like the previous edition, this collection includes corduroy jumpsuits for Blythe dolls
and they are now also available in two new colours: fox red and dawn pink.
The back fastens with snaps and features tiny wooden buttons.
The romper sets include a pair of knee high glittery socks,
while the jumpsuit sets come with a long  necklace entirely handmade
with brass chain and multicolored beads.
These sets will fit Blythe, Dal and JerryBerry dolls with Obitsu 21 bodies.
The little fleece capes are topstitched, have a faux fur collar and hand felted wool pompoms
(just like the rompers).

Middie Blythe, Secretdoll and Lati Yellow will also have their own little jumpsuits,
in dawn pink, fox red, weasel beige and brown bear !
Please note that I made the pattern with a Lati body from the 1st generation
and I do not know if the jumpsuits will fit the version 2 / renewal body.

Along with some fox, skunk, raccoon and bear purses, there will be some new patchwork bags...

... and new packagings !

We have the winners !

The draw was done the old fashioned way:
all the names were handwritten on small pieces of paper which were rolled and securely tied.
They were then shuffled in a box and two rolls were picked with eyes closed.
Congratulations to the winners and many, many thanks to everyone who entered, liked and shared !

Blythecon Europe 2015

Forest Folklore

This collection is inspired from the folklore style so popular in the late 60's and 70's, as well as the mysterious charms of the Forest.

           

Made of mauve corduroy, the short jumpsuit features a belt with a large brass flower buckle as well as two tiny flower buttons at the back. 

A pair of knee high socks made of a delicate ivory knit and a headband with multicoloured velvety flowers complete this set. 

The folklore dresses as well as the short jumpsuits are fully zigzaged and fasten with snaps. 

All these sets will fit Takara Blythe and Licca bodies.

         

The folklore dress is made of three different fabrics: a corduroy bodice with a garland of hand embroidered multicoloured flowers and leaves, lightweight ivory gauze sleeves, and one of my favourite fabrics : shot cotton. It is woven with two different colours, creating an iridescent look. 

I designed these dresses for the first time a few years ago and I have been dying to make more of them.

Paired with a faux sheepskin waistcoat for a cool look or chilly nights. Or both :-)

         

To keep warm, this last set for Blythe sized dolls includes a black fleece cape with hazelnut faux fur collar, ivory topstitch and cord ties ending with hand felted wool pompoms matching the collar, an ivory crocheted hat and a pink wool flower which can be used as a hair or hat pin.

The tiny bear purse is the perfect companion to wander through the Forest, even the deepest one !  

Featuring a tiny brass flower/crown clasp and a brass handle.

           

Designed for Middie Blythes and Secretdolls, this set includes matching items only tinier: 

a crocheted hat, a mini folklore dress paired with a faux sheepskin waistcoat and a teeny-tiny bear purse.
