Pumpkin Patch

Hi everyone !

I hope you are enjoying the Fall season ...

I have wanted to make a special Autumn collection for ages
so I am very happy to present Pumpkin Patch !

This collection will be available in my Bigcartel shop On Friday, October 20th
at 8 pm Paris time.

The jumpsuits & playsuits are made of lightweight corduroy and feature a ruffle collar and fasten at the back with snaps,
which is embellished with tiny brass buttons.
Available in Purple & Mint or Fantastic Blue ( a dark teal with a touch of green).
Each set includes a necklace with a mushroom pendant, handmade by me with cold porcelain.
The white mushroom glows in the dark (don't forget to expose it to natural or artificial light to recharge the glow ;-)

A black cat, some cute skulls and an owl...

These tiny Patchwork Purses are lined and are fully functional.
They fasten with a snap and have adjustable shoulder straps.
This is real patchwork, each square being sewed together by hand.
They will fit Blythe size doll but also smaller dolls like Middie Blythe and Secret dolls.

Forest Folklore

Blythecon Europe is held in Paris this coming weekend,
and here is a preview of some of the items from my Forest Folklore collection.






Along with my usual Folklore dress sets, it will also include a new "Page Playsuit" set with embroidered V front neckline and poet sleeves, a cape set which can be mixed and matched with all the other items, and some purses...for Blythe, Dal and JerryBerry dolls. The tiny ones are not forgotten, Middie Blythe and Secretdoll sets will also be available.







This time the faux sheepskin waistcoat features felted wool pompoms instead of pearls...

... and the dress sets will come in many new colours !
These dresses are made with shot cotton, which is a wonderful fabric woven with two different threads, creating a very interesting iridescent look.




         


I have been working on a new purse which I am very happy to present, the tiny skunk purse !
You can comb the hair and make it all wild and punky if you want.
Both the fox and the skunk purse feature the new flower "clasp" :-)
These are entirely handmade and all the pieces are sewed together, there is absolutely no glue whatsoever !

Last but not least and modelled by Stellie, the maxi dress set (made with the same shot cotton fabric),
includes a multicoloured flower headband to be the queen of the Forest :-)

Midnight Blooms

... and blossoms of the Enchanted Forests

Forest Folklore

This collection is inspired from the folklore style so popular in the late 60's and 70's, as well as the mysterious charms of the Forest.

           

Made of mauve corduroy, the short jumpsuit features a belt with a large brass flower buckle as well as two tiny flower buttons at the back. 

A pair of knee high socks made of a delicate ivory knit and a headband with multicoloured velvety flowers complete this set. 

The folklore dresses as well as the short jumpsuits are fully zigzaged and fasten with snaps. 

All these sets will fit Takara Blythe and Licca bodies.

         

The folklore dress is made of three different fabrics: a corduroy bodice with a garland of hand embroidered multicoloured flowers and leaves, lightweight ivory gauze sleeves, and one of my favourite fabrics : shot cotton. It is woven with two different colours, creating an iridescent look. 

I designed these dresses for the first time a few years ago and I have been dying to make more of them.

Paired with a faux sheepskin waistcoat for a cool look or chilly nights. Or both :-)

         

To keep warm, this last set for Blythe sized dolls includes a black fleece cape with hazelnut faux fur collar, ivory topstitch and cord ties ending with hand felted wool pompoms matching the collar, an ivory crocheted hat and a pink wool flower which can be used as a hair or hat pin.

The tiny bear purse is the perfect companion to wander through the Forest, even the deepest one !  

Featuring a tiny brass flower/crown clasp and a brass handle.

           

Designed for Middie Blythes and Secretdolls, this set includes matching items only tinier: 

a crocheted hat, a mini folklore dress paired with a faux sheepskin waistcoat and a teeny-tiny bear purse.

Marigold Mood, gift set for Blythe Fest

Blythe Fest, the Australian Blythecon, will take place on June 14th

and I have made a special set as a donation for the raffle.

Marigold Mood set includes a cotton sateen jumpsuit with puff sleeves, a necklace with tiny Czech faceted beads, a pink crocheted wool hat and a flower hat pin.

 All the items are handmade with love to suit this year's theme "Flower Power" !

The Daisy Owl

Special collection for Blythecon Barcelona,

based on this year's theme "Enchanted Forest".

For adventurous dolls who dare wander in the woods, looking for a mysterious and secret owl with daisy eyes... :-)

  

       

       

      

The pure wool coats come in all colours of the rainbow.

The Blythe sized sets will fit Licca and Takara bodies, as well as Dal and Jerryberry dolls,

while the smaller sets are designed for Middie Blythes and Secretdolls.

They feature multicoloured flower buttons and have a half belt at the back (with tiny multicoloured flower buttons too !)

They are 100% handmade are fully topstitched inside and out and come with a tag.

The little owl purses are available in a separate set with a crocheted hat and a flower hair or hat pin. 

They are made from wool felt and have ... daisy eyes ! 

  

 

    

Blythecon Barcelona will also organize a charity raffle.

This year the money raised will be donated to Banc d'Aliments

So here is my donation for the raffle !
